The Delta Upsilon Fraternity’s Building Better Men scholarships are awards that recognize exemplary incoming male freshmen enrolling at the Georgia Institute of Technology. These recipients will display the core values of Delta Upsilon: Advancement of Justice, Development of Character, and Promotion of Friendship. There are two awards available: one $1,000 award and one $750 award.

Delta Upsilon takes pride in its academics, boasting a Fall 2023 brotherhood GPA of 3.80 (with the undergraduate male GPA hovering around a 3.51 and IFC fraternities’ GPA around a 3.58). Our grades are an impressive feat for attending one of the most prestigious and rigorous universities globally and demonstrate our emphasis on academics for incoming freshmen. We also strive to build our brothers into better men through social, philanthropic, and campus involvement. A Delta Upsilon brother embraces the opportunity to learn from others’ perspectives and uses this knowledge to become a well-rounded young man.
